What's New For 2023?
The Toyota Tacoma makes two appearance packages available with the SR5 trim: SX and Chrome. Performance
The Tacoma retains its two engine options, with the base engine being a 2.7-liter 4-cylidner engine that manages 159 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque. This engine works with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is the standard drivetrain offering while four-wheel drive is offered as an optional upgrade. More power can be had by opting for one of the trim levels that comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine. The 3.5-liter V6 engine manages 278 horsepower and 265p pound-feet of torque As with the entry-level engine, the V6 offering can be had with rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. If you're looking for an off-road-ready version of the Tacoma, then there's a variety of trims to consider. There's the TRD Off-Road, which manages Bilstein shock absorbers, lockable rear differential, and an off-road traction control system with terrain settings and rock crawl. The TRD Pro also offers up some impressive off-road capability thanks to features like an off-road suspension, Fox shock absorbers, increased departure angles, all-terrain tries, and a front skid plate.
Technology
The Toyota Tacoma makes it easy to stay connected while taking on tough tasks thanks to a host of modern tech features. The base level SR trim, for instance, comes with a 7-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a 6-speaker audio system, satellite radio, USB ports, and Wi-Fi functionality. Moving to a higher trim level ensures increased tech for Bloomsburg drivers to enjoy. The SR5 replaces the entry-level 7-inch touchscreen with an 8-inch variant while also making additional tech available via packages. SR
