The 2025 Toyota 4Runner has boxed, steel-ladder frames for greater strength. New construction elements also include multi-link coils in the rear and a double wishbone suspension in the front. These changes enable the 4Runner to deliver a smoother, more comfortable ride on paved streets in Danville.
The 2025 Toyota 4Runner Limited, SR5, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Sport trims get a turbocharged 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine that puts out 278 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. An automatic eight-speed transmission makes smooth shifts for plenty of zip on the highway. Bloomsburg drivers who want better fuel efficiency can opt for the hybrid i-Force Max powertrain, which delivers 326 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. 4Runner models with this engine can tow up to 6,000 pounds.
Interior & Technology
Toyota refreshed the 4Runner's interior for 2025, modernizing its dash and giving it a more upscale look. People in Williamsport will like its new infotainment systems, which have eight-inch or 14-inch touchscreens. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity are standard in 4Runner, as is a Smart Key System with push-button ignition. Upgrades include a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a wireless device charging pad.
